With over 14 years of experience in the field of mental health, Katie is a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Director known for delivering exceptional quality of care and inspiring teams to excel. Over the past decade, Katie has provided clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams across all levels of care, cultivating an environment of professional growth, collaboration and integrity.

As a seasoned therapist, Katie specializes in individual, group, family and couples therapy, working with diverse populations to address trauma, personality disorders, anxiety, depression and substance use disorders. Guided by an evidence-based and person-centered approach, Katie is deeply committed to helping clients and families heal, grow and build fulfilling lives.

In addition to clinical leadership, Katie has extensive experience ensuring full compliance with federal, state and accrediting regulatory agencies. She is highly regarded for motivating team members, promoting clinical excellence and fostering a culture of empathy, accountability and innovation within behavioral health settings.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys reading, spending time with family and playing with her dog, Scarlet Fire. These moments of connection and creativity reflect the same passion and care Katie brings to the mental health profession every day.
