Scott Adams is an accomplished Behavioral Health Services leader with a unique combination of clinical and executive experience recognized for partnering with agencies to advance them towards their goals. He has a strong record of successfully integrating complexities of behaviors, needs of clinicians, requirements for ethical business practices, business development metrics and the intricacies of licensing/governmental agencies in both for-profit and not-for-profit theaters. Scott combines extensive experience with innovative thinking; empowering a team that drives improvements, instills best practices and executes results.
Scott brings thirty-five years of executive leadership, clinical outcomes, quality assurance and performance management experience to his role as Site CEO of The Recovery Village Palmer Lake, in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential, partial, treatment foster care and outpatient programs serving children, adolescents, adults and senior care.
He has exceptional performance management/improvement skills with the ability to research and design projects utilizing outcome objectives/trend analysis within diverse populations and environments. His leadership abilities are evidenced through developing both free standing and units within hospital systems for mental health, residential, inpatient psychiatry and drug and alcohol facilities as well as over twenty satellite outpatient sites. Scott is a former professional athlete and coach with the ability to motivate, train and analyze critical situations quickly and provide change management implementations seamlessly with full participation.
